The FRTR lobbyist repeatedly declined to answer questions about the identity of the Slab's investors. In fact SHE DOESN'T KNOW (nor care) who she works for. She's a hired gun and as long as she's being payed she'll argue their case.
She did admit that they were "international" though. Then she tried to gloss over that by saying they are a Colorado corporation and have a "presence" here. So what? Anyone, anywhere can set up a corporation here. The fact is they are foreigners. These foreigners want HB1030 passed to give them more power to seize land. It will allow this toll road project to expand into whatever they want it to be.
In 1880 they didn't ask for this kind of power when the law was passed to create the Pike's Peak Toll Road. But now these foreigners are manipulating our State government to do so.
