A representative of Kellogg, Brown & Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton, sent an outline of the toll road corridor to each of the seven counties and asked for the names and addresses of all landowners within that area. They created these maps which shows all of the lot lines.
Update on 8/7: I received this Acrobat file from El Paso County GIS. They didn't provide a map to Kellogg, Brown & Root but they had made this one previously.900kb Acrobat File.
