A representative of Kellogg, Brown & Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton, sent an outline of the toll road corridor to each of the seven counties and asked for the names and addresses of all landowners within that area. They created these maps which shows all of the lot lines.
On 8/22 we got new versions of the Elbert map. A small version is shown below. The larger map is 900kb: Large Elbert Map.
Here is the original map that Ray Wells says was a mistake. 2.5MB "mistake" Map. and small version of the "mistake" map
The map that was filed with the Secretary of State didn't match the "mistake" map that they sent to Elbert County. See the difference HERE.
