A representative of Kellogg, Brown & Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton, sent an outline of the toll road corridor to each of the seven counties and asked for the names and addresses of all landowners within that area. They created these maps which shows all of the lot lines.
Several people have contacted Arapahoe County and been told they have no knowledge of KBR asking for information. So I've created this map by copying the corridor outline from the map filed by FRTRC and pasting it onto an Arapahoe parcel map.
I used the map to look up property owner information. People living right at the edge of the corridor may be mistakenly included or excluded from the list. Owners List is Here.
The corridor map for the Kiwi toll road (different from the Front Range Toll Road) in Arapahoe County is HERE.
At the Arapahoe County GIS site you can zoom in on parcels and then get the owner information to confirm that you have located your lot.
Byers is at the eastern edge. Brick-Center Road runs north-south and touches the western blue line. Kiowa-Bennett Road runs north-south and crosses the eastern blue line near the top of the map.
